abstract The present invention discloses a film adhesive containing modified complex formulation powder used for filters. The film adhesive is prepared by the raw materials of neoprene CR121, styrene, 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, polyvinyl alcohol, N-2-(aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, polyisobutylene, polytetramethylene ether glycol, modified nano attapulgite, and modified tree ashes. The film adhesive has good heat resistance and high shear strength, and excellent electrical insulation and aging resistance; and the adhesive film is smooth in surface after curing, and good in toughness and anti-seismic effect. The complex formulation of modified nano attapulgite, modified tree ashes and nano diatomite increases the strength of the film adhesive.
