titleOfInvention Low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material for high voltage cable jacket
abstract The invention discloses a low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material for a high voltage cable jacket. The low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material comprises the following components in percent by weight: 10-20 percent of metallocene polyethylene, 2-5 percent of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer with a melt index of 2-8, 10-15 percent of acrylic acid grafted high density polyethylene, 20-30 percent of magnesium hydrate as an inorganic flame retardant, 30-40 percent of aluminum hydroxide as an inorganic flame retardant, 20-30 percent of organosilicone, 0.5-1 percent of molybdenum disulfide, 0.2-1 percent of 172 silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 percent of an antioxygen and 1-2 percent of a lubricating agent. By adopting effective matching of materials of a compatilizer acrylic acid grafted high density polyethylene, special modified polyethylene metallocene polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and the like of a halogen-free flame retardant material, the mechanical strength and the hardness of the low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material are improved; through adding a silicon series lubricating agent and a molybdenum series lubricating agent in a material formula system, lower friction coefficient is realized on the surface of the low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material, and the abrasion resistance of the cable jacket can be effectively improved through good mechanical strength and wear-resistant property of the low smoke zero halogen flame retardant material; and the inorganic flame retardants are coupled by adopting the 172 silane coupling agent, so that the caking property of the jacket material and the graphite or conductive polyethylene layer material on the surface of the jacket material is good, the conductive material is prevented from separating, partial discharge current of a cable can not be effectively released, and the high-voltage cable is effectively used.
