titleOfInvention Culture medium and cultivating method of golden mushroom
abstract The invention relates to a culture medium and cultivating method of needle mushrooms. The culture medium is prepared by mixing 0.1-10 parts of honeysuckle, 0.1-12 parts of lychee seed, 0.1-30 parts of milk vetch, 5-30 parts of wheat bran, 50-90 parts of cottonseed hull, 0.1-10 parts of lime and right amount of sanitizer, and sterilizing. The cultivating method comprises the steps of: reducing the temperature of the culture medium to be less than 15 DEG C to inoculate needle mushroom strains; moving the culture medium into a culture room to be cultured for 20-30 days under the conditions that the temperature ranges from 5 to 20 DEG C and the relative air humidity ranges from 60% to 70%; keeping the indoor temperature between 10 and 18 DEG C and the relative air humidity between 80% and 90%, and cultivating for 4-15 days to obtain mushroom buds; using a plastic bag to cover a cultivation bottle for inhibiting pileus to grow up, and during this period, keeping the relative air humidity between 80% and 90%; cultivating for 7-10 days under the conditions that the temperature ranges from 8 to 12 DEG C and the relative air humidity ranges from 80% to 95%; and timely harvesting when the needle mushrooms grow up to 12-15 cm.
