titleOfInvention Superconducting coil, rotating device, and superconducting coil manufacturing method
abstract Provided are a superconducting coil, the performance of which is improved, a rotating device, and a superconducting coil manufacturing method. The superconducting coil (10) is a saddle-shaped superconducting coil formed by winding a superconducting wire rod in a race-track shape and comprises a curved portion (10b) and a linear portion (10a) connected to the curved portion (10b). The upper edge (10c) is positioned more inner circumferential side than the lower edge (10d) in the curved portion (10b), and the upper edge (10c) is positioned more outer circumferential side than the lower edge (10d) in the linear portion (10a).
