abstract The invention discloses a lanceleaf anisetree extract and an external transdermal absorption agent containing the lanceleaf anisetree extract. The lanceleaf anisetree extract is prepared by the following steps of immersing the lanceleaf anisetree root bark or stem bark coarse powder in alcohol of which the quantity is 2 to 3 times of the quantity of the lanceleaf anisetree root bark or stem bark coarse powder and the concentration is 70% to 90%, percolating, collecting the medicine liquor of which the quantity is 3 to 5 times of the quantity of the medicine as a primary percolating liquid, and separately storing; continuously collecting the medicine liquor of which the quantity is 4 to 5 times of the quantity of the medicine as a continuous percolating liquid, depressurizing to recover alcohol, concentrating into dry paste, dissolving the concentrated dry paste of continuous percolating liquid into the primary percolating liquid, and then obtaining the the medicine liquor of the lanceleaf anisetree extract with the ratio of 1:3-5. The lanceleaf anisetree extract is added with auxiliary materials to be prepared into external transdermal absorption agents, such as aerosols, gels and emplastrum. The agents have the functions of swelling relieving, stasis eliminating, blood activating and pain relieving, and are used for traumatic injury and rheumatic arthritis, the therapeutic transdermal absorption rate is high for skin diseases, such as eczema, dermatitis and herpes zoster, the therapeutic effect is good, the convenience in use is realized for patients, the preparation is convenient, and the safety is high.
