titleOfInvention Method for preparing silver/copper modified K4Nb6O17 film
abstract The invention provides a novel method for preparing a silver/copper modified K4Nb6O17 film. The novel method includes the steps: mixing and grinding K2CO3 and Nb2O5 with the purity of 99.99%; calcining the grinded mixture at the temperature of 800 DEG C for 4-5 hours, regrinding the mixture into powder and then calcining the mixture at the temperature of 1000 DEG C for 4-5 hours to obtain K4Nb6O17; mixing CuSO4*5H2O, the K4Nb6O17 and water, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and stirring the mixture for 20-30min in nitrogen atmosphere; adding sodium borohydride and reacting for 20-30min under a nitrogen condition; centrifugally washing and drying obtained products; adding Ag with the weight equivalent to 0.5%-2% of that of the K4Nb6O17, repeating the steps (3) and (4) and drying the centrifugally washed and dried obtained products to be viscous; and evenly smearing the synthesized viscous polymer on the surface of a carrier, drying the polymer at the temperature of 80 DEG C, taking down the polymer from the surface of the carrier and baking the polymer at the temperature of 400-500 DEG C for 60-90min to obtain the silver/copper modified K4Nb6O17 film. The obtained film has a fine deactivation performance for bacteria and plays a positive role in improving water quality.
