titleOfInvention | Production method of pet padding containing flocculant |
abstract | The invention relates to a production method of a pet product, and particularly relates to a production method of a pet padding used for collecting pet excreta. The pet padding is generally single in structure and generally mainly made of wood pulp or recovered waste paper in the prior art, can conglomerate after absorbing a small amount of water, but collapses and is difficult to clean if absorbing a large amount of water, and the production method of the traditional pet padding is time-consuming, labor-consuming and low in production efficiency. The production method disclosed by the invention is simpler in manufacturing procedure, reasonably utilizes the property of high-molecular water-absorbent resin and can be used for manufacturing the pet padding with a double-layer structure just by five steps which are ordinary processes, namely pulping, granulation, watering, mixing and drying, without using a binder. |
