abstract | The invention discloses an air valve gate plate which comprises a gate plate substrate and is characterized in that a metal ceramic layer is covered on the gate plate substrate. The metal ceramic layer includes by mass 15-20% of chromium, 5-10% of silicon, 30-35% of iron, 5-10% of carbon and 40-44% of nickel. A manufacture method of the air valve gate plate is further disclosed. The method includes coating metal ceramic material powder on the gate plate substrate, wherein the metal ceramic material powder includes by mass 15-20% of chromium, 5-10% of silicon, 30-5% of iron, 5-10% of carbon and 40-44% of nickel. The metal ceramic material powder is combined to form the metal ceramic layer covered on the gate plate substrate. By means of the air valve gate plate and the manufacture method, the air valve gate plate has better abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. |
