titleOfInvention | Method for preparing sweet potato skin/ sweet potato powder dreg fermented feed |
abstract | The invention relates to a sweet potato skin/sweet potato powder dreg fermented feed and a preparation method thereof. The fermented feed comprises fresh sweet potato skins or sweet potato dregs, an adsorbent, dreg cakes, urea, ammonium sulfate, calcium hydrophosphate, magnesium sulfate, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida, and lactobacillus. By means of the oxygen-consuming fermentation of the Aspergillus niger, saccharomycetes and Aspergillus oryzae, all of which are capable of favorably producing various enzyme systems, pectin, crude fibers, protein, starch and other macromolecular substances in fermentation materials are degraded rapidly; in addition, an inorganic nitrogen source is converted into mycoprotein, wherein the lactobacillus produces lactic acid and other active nutrient substances by using micromolecular nutrient substances. The preparation method has the advantage of reducing environment pollution and resource waste caused by difficulty in utilizing the sweet potato skins and the sweet potato powder dregs; after being fed, the fermented feed has the advantages of reducing cultivation cost, increasing cultivation benefits, reducing the cost investment in enzyme preparations and protein feed and increasing the productivity. The fermented feed is a novel resource-utilization type biological feed and has very high economic and social effects. |
