titleOfInvention Thermosetting resin composition and display device
abstract The present invention provides a thermosetting resin composition that, when cured, becomes a film that satisfies basic performance requirements for an electrode protection film, a planarization film, and an insulating film and that has high hardness at low temperatures. In addition, a display device excellent in mechanical strength is also provided. The thermosetting resin composition of the present invention contains: an acrylic polymer having a side chain having an unsaturated bond at the end, an acid or a thermal acid generating agent, a silsesquioxane, and a compound having two or more directly bonded benzene rings. Vinyl compounds, and solvents. The terminal of the side chain in the acrylic polymer is preferably an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group, a vinylphenyl group or an isopropenylphenyl group. It is preferable to contain 0.1-30 mass parts of acids or thermal acid generators with respect to 100 mass parts of acrylic polymers.
