The amino acid sequence of the alpha amylase is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, and the coding nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO:2. The preservation number of Aspergillus niger P15 for expressing the alpha amylase is CGMCC NO.6434. The recombinant strain obtained by the invention can express Aspergillus clavatus alpha amylase AclaP15, and the enzyme activity of the Aspergillus clavatus alpha amylase AclaP15 in the recombinant strain is greatly higher than the enzyme activity thereof in a wild strain and is higher than the enzyme activity of amylase expressed by the host strain Aspergillus niger itself. Meanwhile, the obtained recombinant alpha amylase is obtained by the secretion the food safety strain Aspergillus niger, and the application field of the AclaP15 is enlarged.
