abstract |
The invention discloses a preparation method of polyester/polyolefin composite hot melt glue used for a solar cell bus board. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly carrying out esterification and condensation on 2,6-naphthalic acid, ethylene glycol and a titanium system catalyst in a certain ratio, so as to synthesize polyester PNT (paranitrotoluene) with the weight-average molecular weight of 15000-20000, and then carrying out melt blending between the polyester PNT and low-density polyethylene under the action of a bulking agent, so as to obtain the hot melt glue target product. A film prepared from the hot melt glue has high light transmittance and excellent mechanical properties, heat-resistant quality and anti-yellowing performance and is especially applicable to a solar cell bus board. |
