titleOfInvention Mine-cable rubber sheathing material and preparation process
abstract The invention discloses a mine-cable rubber sheathing material and a preparation process. The mine-cable rubber sheathing material consists of chlorinated polyethylene 35%, magnesium oxide 3%, dibasic lead sulfate 1.2%, tribasic lead sulfate 1%, lead stearate 0.8%, dioctyl phthalate 3.3%, chlorinated paraffin 4%, carbon black 15%, antimonous oxide 4%, magnesium hydrate 17%, tri (2-chloroethyl) phosphate 3.5%, precipitation-method white carbon black 4%, calcium carbonate 6%, surface active agent gamma-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane 0.3%, dicumyl peroxide 1% and vulcanization assisting agent triallyl isocyanurate 0.9%. The fire resistance performance of the rubber sheathing material is improved through the synergistic effect of fire retardants including antimony trioxide, the chlorinated paraffin and magnesium hydrate and the tri (2-chloroethyl) phosphate, the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber sheathing material is improved by adding the reinforcing agent carbon black and the precipitation-method white carbon black, and the preparation process is simple and strong in operability.
