abstract | The invention discloses a phenylsulfonate-containing silicone-acrylate graft copolymer, and a preparation method and application thereof. The phenylsulfonate-containing silicone-acrylate graft copolymer takes phenylsulfonate-containing polysiloxane as a main chain, and a styrene-methacrylate copolymer formed by addition polymerization of styrene and methacrylate is grafted on the phenylsulfonate-containing polysiloxane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: evenly stirring and mixing nonionic emulsifier, hydrochloric acid and water; then, adding phenyl trialkoxysilane, double bond trialkoxysilane and sodium-phenylsulfonate-containing methyl dialkoxysilane, and reacting; adding blocking agent to obtain phenylsulfonate-containing polysiloxane emulsion; adding initiator, styrene and methacrylate, and reacting to obtain graft copolymer emulsion; and adding a metal salt water solution, demulsifying, cleaning, and drying to obtain the phenylsulfonate-containing silicone-acrylate graft copolymer. The phenylsulfonate-containing silicone-acrylate graft copolymer disclosed by the invention has high-efficiency catalytic flame-retardant action on PC (polycarbonate), and has obvious flame-retardant action on PC when being complexed with polytetrafluoroethylene anti-drip agent. |
