The invention provides a PIM kinase inhibitor with a structural formula as a compound represented as a formula I. The invention also provides an isomer, a non-enantiomer, an enantiomer, a tautomer, and a salt of the compound represented by the formula I. In the formula I, E, J, Q, X, Y, Z, and m are defined as in the Claim 1. As a result of a PIM kinase biochemical activity test method, the compound (1-96) provided by the invention has a substantial inhibiting effect against PIM-1 kinase activity. When compound concentration is 3mumol, a maximal PIM-2 kinase activity inhibiting rate reaches 100%. Therefore, the PIM kinase inhibitor provided by the invention can be applied in preparing medicines used for treating or preventing cancers, autoimmune diseases, allergic reaction diseases, or organ transplant rejection. The PIM kinase inhibitor has great clinical application values. The invention also provides a preparation method of the PIM kinase inhibitor. |
