titleOfInvention | Wide-temperature range NTC thermosensitive ceramic material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a wide-temperature NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermosensitive ceramic material which comprises the following components by mass percent: 36.10-42.20 percent of aluminium oxide, 7.00-9.00 percent of magnesium oxide, 17.00-23.00 percent of manganese dioxide, 19.00-26.00 percent of nickel oxide, 7.20-13.20 percent of ferric oxide, and 1.50-5.00 percent of yttria. As fore the ceramic material, at the temperature of 25 DEG C, the room temperature resistivity Rho is 15.10*106 Omega*cm to 65.00*106 Omega*cm, and the material constant B is 3,600-4,500 K when the temperature is below 500 DEG C, 5,000-6,000 K when the temperature is between 500-800 DEG C, and 7,000-9,000 K when the temperature is between 800-1,100 DEG C. According to the invention, the material constant B is below 6,000 K when the material is in the temperature range of 0-800 DEG C, and higher than7,000 K when the material is in the temperature range of 800-1,100 DEG C; and at a high temperature, the sensitivity of the high-temperature NTC thermistor is high, and the thermistor can work stably in all temperature ranges. Therefore, the ceramic material is suitable for accurate measurement of different temperature ranges. |
