abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of sheet-shaped micron-grade nickel powder. The sheet-shaped micron-grade nickel powder prepared by the invention has a large diameter-thickness ratio, high contact surface area and good conductivity and magnetic conductivity, and can meet the special requirements of application of an electronic shielding material, a magnetic memory, a multifunctional conductive coating and the like. The technical scheme is as follows: the preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a nickel powder raw material with the nickel content being more than 99% and the grain diameter of grains being 2-10 microns, 0.05-1 part of stearic acid of a rod-milled medium and 10-70 parts of ethanol; mixing the nickel powder raw material with the rod-milled medium and placing into a column-shaped rod milling machine to be milled by a rod; controlling the temperature in a rod milling process to be 2-20 DEG C and the rod milling time to be 2-5 hours; and taking out the materials and performing vacuum drying at the room temperature to obtain the sheet-shaped micron-grade nickel powder. |
