abstract The invention discloses a disproportionated rosinyl anion/non-ion composite surfactant and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the non-ion is rosin polyethyleneglycol diester and the anion is dehydrogenated rosin polyethyleneglycol diester sulfonate. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the composite surfactant. According to the preparation method, a one-pot method is adopted, about 50% of dehydroabietic acid is contained in dehydrogenated rosin and the benzene ring of dehydroabietic acid can be subjected to sulfonation reaction. The preparation method comprises the steps of esterifying the dehydrogenated rosin and polyethylene glycol to form sulfonation reaction; and sulfonating the benzene ring in the diester by using a sulfonating agent, and salifying, so as to obtain the disproportionated rosinyl anion/non-ion composite surfactant by utilizing the one-pot method. The critical micelle concentration of the prepared surfactant is 0.08-0.1mmol/L and the range of the surface tension is 38.9-42.1mN/m. The surfactant containing anion and non-ion in the product is a novel functional composite green surfactant.
