abstract The invention discloses nutrient health-care sunflower seed blend oil and a preparation method of the nutrient health-care sunflower seed blend oil. The blend oil contains 10-15wt% of saturated fatty acid, 35-45wt% of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and 6-9wt% of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, preferably also can contain 0.1-5wt% of vitamine E, and 0.1-20wt% of curcumin; the raw materials are 30-85wt% of refined sunflower seed oil, 1-30wt% of refined edible oil, 5-35wt% of linseed oil, 0.1-5wt% of vitamine E and 0.1-5wt% of curcumin. The health-care blend oil capable of preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can be obtained by the special preparation method disclosed by the invention, and has a good market prospect.
