titleOfInvention Aluminum alloy sodium-free refining agent and method for producing same
abstract The invention relates to an aluminum alloy sodium-free refining agent and a method for producing the same. The refining agent comprises, by weight, from 35 to 45 parts of potassium chloride, from 25 to 35 parts of potassium fluoroaluminate, from 10 to 20 parts of potassium fluotitanate, from 8 to 12 parts of potassium fluoborate, from 8 to 12 parts of potassium carbonate and from 4 to 6 parts of aluminum fluoride. The method includes placing raw materials of various components of the solvent into a stirrer to mechanically mix the raw materials to obtain a mixture; and then placing the mixtureinto a drum-type drying oven to sufficiently dry the mixture at the temperature ranging from 250 DEG C to 300 DEG C. The sodium-free refining agent does not contain sodium ingredients, the problem that sodium impurities are introduced into ZL205A aluminum alloy melts when an existing refining agent is used is directly avoided, and the aluminum fluoride in the refining agent and aluminum fluoride generated by reaction of other ingredients have a certain effect of eliminating sodium impurities contained in the melts. Besides, the sodium-free refining agent contains titanium and boron and accordingly has a certain alloy refining effect.
