abstract |
The invention discloses a hybridoma cell strain the conservation number of which is CGMCC No.6135, and a monoclonal antibody 12H7 produced from the hybridoma cell strain. The invention also relates to an application of the monoclonal antibody 12H7 in manufacturing an immunodetection tool for detecting beta-Catenin protein, an immunohistochemical kit containing the monoclonal antibody 12H7 and the application of the monoclonal antibody 12H7 in manufacturing a kit for detecting beta-Catenin-related tumors. The monoclonal antibody described by the invention can be specifically combined with beta-Catenin protein, and is free of cross reaction with other protein in cells, thus significantly improving the specificity and reliability of immunodetection of beta-Catenin protein. |
