titleOfInvention Method for preparing 2-bromobenzene-formaldehyde-condensed hydrazino-sulfo-benzyl formate-Schiff base zinc complex
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a 2-bromobenzene-formaldehyde-condensed hydrazino-disulfo-benzyl formate-Schiff base zinc complex and belongs to the field of bioinorganic chemistry. The structure of the 2-bromobenzene-formaldehyde-condensed hydrazino-disulfo-benzyl formate-Schiff base zinc complex is shown in the description. The method includes firstly dissolving 2-substituted benzaldehyde and hydrazino-disulfo-benzyl formate in an anhydrous ethanol solvent, heating to perform reflux reaction to obtain 2-substituted benzaldehyde condensed hydrazino-disulfo-benzyl formate, adding the 2-substituted benzaldehyde condensed hydrazino-disulfo-benzyl formate in an anhydrous ethanol solution of acetate under stirring, stirring to react, filtering, and performing low temperature crystallization to obtain a target compound. The preparation method is simple and practicable, raw materials are easy to obtain and cheap, the industrialized production is facilitated, and the zinc complex has remarkable inbibitional effect on cancer cell and can be used for preparing cancer cell inhibitor drugs.
