titleOfInvention Sulfur-containing diindolyl diketopiperazine compounds and application thereof in preparing antineoplastic drugs
abstract The invention discloses sulfur-containing diindolyl diketopiperazine compounds and application thereof in preparing antineoplastic drugs. Five sulfur-containing diindolyl diketopiperazine compounds are separated from the marine eumycete Acrostalagmus luteoalbus SCSIO F457. The structural formula is disclosed as Formula (I). The compounds 1-5 have strong growth inhibition action on human central nervous system cancer cell SF-268, human breast cancer cell MCF-7, human large-cell lung cancer cell NCI-H460 and human liver cancer cell HepG2, have better effects than the positive control drug cisplatin on the whole, and can be used for preparing antineoplastic drugs. Therefore, the invention provides alternate compounds for developing new antineoplastic drugs, and has important meanings for developing Chinese marine drug resources. The formula (I) is shown in the description.
