abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a substituted tetrazole compound. Firstly substituted benzoyl chloride of a formula 1 compound is reacted with hydrazine to generate substituted benzoyl hydrazine of a formula 2 compound, the substituted benzoyl hydrazine of the formula 2 compound is reacted with ammonia to generate substituted benzamidine compound of a formula 3 compound, and finally a cyclization reaction is performed to obtain the substituted tetrazole compound of a formula 4 compound. The method has the advantages that raw materials are easy to obtain, the reaction condition is mild, the cost is low, the yield is high, and the method is suitable for industrialized mass production.
