titleOfInvention Method for preparing bio-organic fertilizer by pecan shells
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a bio-organic fertilizer by pecan shells. The method comprises the following raw materials by weight parts: 100-150 parts of pecan shells, 40-50 parts of poultry manure, 20-30 parts of bagasse, 20-30 parts of ore muck, 15-20 parts of humic acid and 0.1-0.2 parts of a leavening agent, the pecan shells are put into a grinder to be grinded firstly, then the particles of the pecan shells are mixed with the other raw materials, the mixture is put into a fermenting tank to be fermented for 30-50 days, the pile turning operation is carried out for one time in 5-10 days in the fermenting process, the mixture is piled for 10-20 days after the temperature is dropped from 60-70 DEG C to 20-30 DEG C, and 10-15% of biological compound bacteria solution is added into the fermented material after fermenting, so as to obtain the bio-organic fertilizer after granulation. The bio-organic fertilizer prepared in the invention can not only resist diseases and pests, but also improve the granular structure of soil and the quality of crops.
