abstract | The invention belongs to the field of preparation of nano porous materials, and relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature resistant silicon carbide aerogel heat-insulation composite material. The high-temperature resistant silicon carbide aerogel heat-insulation composite material is a heat-insulation material composed of aluminum silicate fiber felts and silicon carbide aerogel and capable of resisting high temperature of 1200 DEG C at the air atmosphere. The preparation method includes steps of uniformly mixing benzenediol, formaldehyde, a silicon source, water and ethanol to obtain a mixture, treating the mixture by a gel-sol method, ageing and drying the mixture to obtain fiber reinforced carbon-silicon composite aerosol, subjecting the fiber reinforced carbon-silicon composite aerosol to carbon thermal reduction under argon gas protection, calcining in air so as to obtain the fiber reinforced high-temperature resistant silicon carbide aerogel heat-insulation composite material. The preparation method requires simple materials and is easy and convenient to operate, and the composite material is easy to produce in scale. |
