abstract The invention relates to functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere powder as well as a preparation method and application of the functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere powder. The functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere powder contains functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microspheres, wherein each functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere comprises a functional nano-particle, a monomer, a crosslinking agent and an initiator, the average particle size of the functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microspheres is 0.1-20 microns, and the particle size distribution variable coefficient is no larger than 9.6 percent. The preparation method is combination of a membrane emulsification technology and an emulsion polymerization method. The invention also relates to a biological detection probe based on the compound cross-linking microsphere powder and application of the probe. The functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere powder as well as the preparation method and the application of the functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microsphere powder have the advantages that the functional nano-particle compound cross-linking microspheres with uniform particle size can be prepared, is in a micron order, has small particle size variable coefficient, is good in monodispersity and performances and has wide application prospect in the field of biological detection, biological medicine and the like.
