| abstract | The invention discloses a production method of aquatic animal feed attractant shrimp paste, and relates to the fields of aquatic animal feed additives and production processes thereof. The production method comprises the following steps of: feeding shrimp heads from which dirt is removed into a flesh separator to obtain internal gland solution; adding animal albumen hydrolase into the internal gland solution to hydrolyze; heating to kill off mold after the hydrolysis is finished; performing settling separation on enzymatic hydrolysate; performing ultra-filtration on separating medium in an ultra-filter; taking filtrate and performing reverse osmosis membrane separation on the filtrate; taking an intercepted substance; and finally mixing the intercepted substance and ethanol and then hermetically packaging. The production method has the advantages of simple and rational process, convenience in production, nature and no toxic or side effect of the prepared shrimp paste and extremely strong feed attraction function and nutrition function. |
