titleOfInvention The preparation method of pyrazole carboxylic acid amide
abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of compounds of formula (I) The method comprises: a) making a compound of formula (II) wherein X is chlorine or bromine, reacts with an organometallic species under an inert atmosphere to form a halophenylene of formula (X) Reaction of the halophenylene of formula X thus formed with cyclopentadiene gives (III) b) reacting III with an oxidizing agent in the presence of an inert solvent to form (IV) c) reacting IV in the presence of a Lewis acid and a hydride source to form (V) d) In the presence of an oxidizing agent, a base and an inert solvent, V is reacted to form (VI) e) Conversion of VI to (VII) in the presence of a phosphine and CCl4 or CHCl3 and f1) react VII with NH in the presence of a catalyst to form (VIII) and g) reacting VIII with a compound of formula (IX) in the presence of a base become a compound of formula I; or f2) reacting the compound of formula (VII) with a compound of formula (IXa) in the presence of a solvent, a base, a copper catalyst and at least one ligand react to form compounds of formula (I).
