titleOfInvention Bionic evaluation method of available phosphorus in pig feed
abstract A bionic evaluation method of available phosphorus in pig feed. A monogastric animal bionic digestion system is utilized to determine in vitro digestibility of phosphorus in feed. The method comprises the steps of dialysate bag pretreatment, preparation of a gastrointestinal tract simulated digestive juice and a buffer solution, computer operation and determination of effective phosphorus. The method comprises the following specific steps of: weighing a feed sample and placing to a simulation digester with dialysis bag; adding the buffer solution and the simulated digestive juice; setting digestion parameters; simulating the process of digestion; and after the digestion, determining phosphorus content by a molybdenum blue colorimetric method. According to the invention, real-time dynamic digestion product separation technology is utilized, and in vitro digestion process is automatically controlled by the monogastric animal bionic digestive system, so as to improve reproducibility and accuracy of the test results.
