titleOfInvention Method for preparing xylose by using dissolving pulp wood chip prehydrolysis liquid
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing xylose by using a dissolving pulp wood chip prehydrolysis liquid, which comprises the following steps of: concentrating the wood chip prehydrolysis liquid; adding an acid to a concentrated solution for acid hydrolysis; decoloring a hydrolyzed material with activated carbon and carrying out ion exchange desalting with cation-anion-caion-anion exchange resin; adding a nitrogen source, inorganic salt and a yeast seed liquid to the obtained desalting material for fermentation; decoloring the obtained fermented solution with activated carbon, and desalting and concentrating with the cation-anion-caion-anion exchange resin; carrying out SMB (Simulated Moving Bed) chromatographic separation of the obtained concentrated solution, and decoloring the material obtained by separation with activated carbon, concentrating, cooling and crystallizing to obtain a xylose product. According to the method provided by the invention, a byproduct wood chip prehydrolysis liquid generated in the process of preparing pulp is used as a raw material, and the traditional method and fermentation and SMB chromatographic separation are combined, so that the preparation cost of the xylose is reduced, the purity of the xylose is improved, the needs of various occasions can be met, the preparation process is simple, and preparation parameters are easy to control.
