titleOfInvention | Natural cross-linking polyethylene insulation material for extra-fine wires and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a natural cross-linking polyethylene insulation material special for extra-fine wires and its preparation. The raw materials adopted in the invention are composed of material A and material B in a weight ratio of 95:(4.8-5.2). The material A comprises: 95 parts of LLDPE resin; 4.8-5.2 parts of a processing aid; 1.9-2.1 parts of silane; 0.095-0.105 part of an initiator; and 0.09-0.11 part of an antioxidant. The material B comprises: 98 parts of LLDPE resin; and 1.95-2.05 parts of a catalyst. In the invention, bracing pelletizing is adopted to replace traditional hot cutting pelletizing for processing, and is convenient for cleaning. A pot wall heating process is employed for mixing mixed particles with oil so as to make the oil fully absorbed and uniformly dispersed. During drying, hot air drying is performed first and then cold air drying is performed, so that the moisture content can be decreased from 0.6% to 0.2%. Thus, the natural cross-linking polyethylene insulation material extremely sensitive to moisture can be used for extra-fine wires with a conductor cross-sectional area less than 0.4mm<2>. |
