titleOfInvention Coupling agent without gel points and its preparation method
abstract The invention relates to a coupling agent without gel points and its preparation method. The gel point-free coupling agent comprises the following raw materials by weight: 80-90 parts of a resin; 3-10 parts of anhydride; 0.1-1 part of a crosslinking agent; 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant; and 0.2-2 parts of a lubricant. The preparation method of the coupling agent disclosed in the invention consists of: mixing the antioxidant with a proper amount of an anhydrous ethanol solvent, then putting other raw materials into a high-speed mixer according to the proportion for mixing, and adding the ethanol solution of the antioxidant during mixing; and then conducting low-speed discharging, and finally putting the discharged material into a double-screw extruder to perform extrusion granulation. Compared with the prior art, the coupling agent prepared by the method provided in the invention has no gel point, can be used for cable materials with high surface requirements, and is especially suitable for small specification cables.
