The siloxane-containing vinyl chloride copolymer is used to prepare battery separators, so that the battery separators have good strength and hydrophilicity. The battery separator prepared by the invention has the characteristics of good wettability, high acid absorption capacity, good flexibility, easy folding, high mechanical strength and good penetration resistance, is suitable for tight assembly, and can effectively improve the service performance of the battery.
