abstract The invention provides traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of spleen/lung qi-deficiency type allergic rhinitis. The traditional Chinese medicine comprises oral medicine and topical medicine; wherein the oral medicine comprises violet magnolia, radix angelicae, schisandra chinensis, ginseng, rhizoma polygonati, caulis spatholobi, angelica sinensis, fructus mume, liquorice, myrobalan, platycodon grandiflorum, radix paeoniae rubra, pericarpium citri reticulatae, lignum dalbergiae odoriferae, benzoin, fructus lycii and dendrobe; and the topical medicine comprises violet magnolia, radix saposhnikoviae, mint, asarum, folia perillae acutae, periostracum cicada, rhodiola rosea, radix curcumae, fructus piperis longi, rhizoma acori graminei, immature bitter orange, murraya paniculata, rhizoma phragmitis, rhizoma anemarrhenae, coptis chinensis, fructus anisi stellati, fructus forsythiae and caulis sargentodoxae. Compared with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medical compositions developed by the invention applicant previously for treatment of allergic rhinitis, the traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of short treatment course, high efficacy and no toxic or side effects in treatment of the spleen/lung qi-deficiency type allergic rhinitis.
