abstract The invention discloses an extraction method of Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones extracts. The method comprises the following steps: 1, crude extraction: taking the Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones, extracting with ethanol, and concentrating the resultant filtrate to obtain a crude extract; and 2, extraction: diluting the crude extract with distilled water, sequentially extracting the resultant diluted solution with chloroform and ethyl acetate, and respectively concentrating resultant extract liquids to obtain a chloroform layer extract and an ethyl acetate layer extract which are the Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones extracts. Experiments prove that the chloroform layer extract and the ethyl acetate layer extract of the Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones have good inhibition activities on tumor cells, and can substitute a Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones raw medicine to prepare antitumor medicines in order to improve the curative effect and reduce the taking amount.
