abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a woody antibacterial agent. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) extracting, namely mixing eucommia ulmoides oliver wood and a solvent in a volume ratio of 1:2-1:4.5, extracting at the temperature of between 85 and 95 DEG C under normal pressure for 7.5 to 10.5 hours, and filtering by using nine layers of fine gauze to obtain a filtrate I; (2) concentrating, namely recycling the solvent from the filtrate I at the temperature of between 45 and 55 DEG C under the condition of the vacuum degree of 0.05 to 0.07 MPa to obtain a eucommia ulmoides oliver wood extract; and (3) preparing the woody antibacterial agent, namely mixing the eucommia ulmoides oliver wood extract and a lipophilic agent uniformly in a mass/volume ratio of 1g:15ml-1g:30ml, standing for 30 to 60 minutes, and filtering by using the nine layers of fine gauze to obtain a filtrate, namely the woody antibacterial agent. The method for preparing the woody antibacterial agent is easy to realize, convenient to operate and low in production cost.
