titleOfInvention Method for analyzing granularity of easily soluble materials
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of testing of particle characteristics, provides a method for analyzing granularity of easily soluble materials, and aims to solve the problems in analysis of granularity of different materials analyzed by a wet-type laser granulometer under the condition of limited resources of a laboratory. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a saturated solution of a material to be tested by selecting soluble liquid of the material to be tested as solvent; starting the wet-type laser granulometer; adding the material to be tested into the saturated solution of the material to be tested and starting a loop test; and testing the granularity of the material to be tested after a distribution curve of the material to be tested is stable. By the method, waste and pollution are reduced while the granularity analysis accuracy is guaranteed.
