titleOfInvention Culture medium for pseudomonas putida
abstract The invention relates to a culture medium for pseudomonas putida. Per 1000mL of culture medium contains 7-13g of beef extract, 2-5g of urea, 2-3g of dipotassium phosphate, 0.5-2g of monopotassium phosphate, 0.3-1.2g of calcium chloride, 3.4-5.6g of sodium nitrate, 1-5mL of microelement and growth factor solution and the balance of deionized water, wherein the microelement and growth factor solution contains 2.4-3.6mmol/L of MoSO4, 1.5-2.8mmol/L of CuCl2, 3.0-4.0mmol/L of ZnCl2, 4.2-4.8mmol/L of FeSO4, 15-21mmol/L of uracil, 20-35mmo/L of VB6 and 30-50mmol/L of L-tryptophan. By adopting the culture medium, favorable growth environment is provided for pseudomonas putida, the culture time of pseudomonas putida is reduced, the tolerance of strains is high, the adaptive capacity is high, and the degradation efficiency of nitrobenzene reaches above 94.5%. Besides, the culture medium has high tolerance to the substances containing benzene ring and nitro.
