abstract | The invention relates to a styrene mixed recycled material in the technical field of a high polymer material. The recycled material comprises the following components in part by weight: 5-95 parts of polar styrene recycled material A, 95-5 parts of non-polar styrene recycled material B, 1-35 parts of core-shell flexibilizer, 0-10 parts of styrene block copolymer, 0.2-1.0 part of antioxidant and 0.2-2.0 parts of lubricant. The styrene mixed recycled material provided by the invention adopts a common toughening method of the specific core-shell flexibilizer and the styrene block copolymer, and specially optimizes the selection of the shell component content of the core-shell flexibilizer to effectively improve the compatibility between the polar styrene recycled material and the non-polar styrene recycled material, so as to effectively solve peeling, delaminating, and other problems, greatly improve mechanical property of the styrene mixed recycled material, recycle the mixed recycled material and avoid resource waste. |
