abstract | The invention discloses a compound with a general formula I, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof as an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory agent. In the general formula I, when the R1 is benzyl, the general formula I represents a compound 5a-s; and when the R1 is hydrogen, the general formula I represents a compound 6a-s. Analgesic activity of the compound provided by the invention is evaluated by using a mouse tail-flick model, and the anti-inflammatory activity of the compound is evaluated by using a xylene postauricular proinflammatory model. The experimental results show that the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity, and can be used in the production of preparing analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. |
