titleOfInvention Method for treating sewage by three-phase internal-circulation fluidized bed photocatalytic reaction
abstract The invention discloses a method for treating sewage by three-phase internal-circulation fluidized bed photocatalytic reaction. The method uses a three-phase internal-circulation photocatalytic reactor designed by the inventor: sewage to be treated and 1.0-1.7 g/L catalyst are added into the reactor to be mixed; air is introduced at 0.4-0.6 L/min and rises in a guide pipe; under the action of a guide hood, catalyst-carried pollutants are efficiently degraded in the reaction zone, and enter the outside of the guide hood through internal circulation to implement internal-circulation flow, and the sewage reaction and standing time is 1-3 hours; the sewage and waste water from a water inlet pipe are mixed again under the turbulent action of aeration and subjected to the next reaction period; the treated liquid slowly rises through a conical chute board, and solid matters sink to the bottom of the reactor to deposit; the treated clear water is discharged from a water outlet pipe arranged on the upper section of the reactor; and the gas is discharged from a gas outlet pipe on the top of the reactor. The reactor effectively implements three-phase separation of continuous solid matters, catalyst, gas and effluent water, and the pollutant removal rate is approximately 100%, thereby implementing integration of reaction and separation.
