titleOfInvention | Belt-type phosphatization slag press |
abstract | The invention discloses a belt-type phosphatization slag press, comprising a rack, a slag-loading trolley placed aside the rack, a pneumatic system arranged on the rack, a filter system, a hydraulic system, a water supply system and a control system, wherein the belt-type phosphatization slag press is used for realizing automatic conveying for filter paper, pressure filtering, removal for filter residue from the belt-type phosphatization slag press after ventilating liquid removal, and automatic winding for the filter paper. The belt-type phosphatization slag press provided by the invention is free from waste of labour due to a fully-automatic operation, and capable of efficiently using the filter paper without waste; and most important of all, the filter residue is discharged after the liquid removal and curing, thus being unable to cause liquid waste and easy to be subjected to waste disposal. |
