titleOfInvention Porous gel granules for treating vaginitis
abstract The invention provides a porous gel granule for treating vaginitis and a method for preparing the same. The porous gel granule for treating vaginitis is composed of the following raw materials according to parts by weight: 15-30 parts of Epsilon-polylysine, 25-40 parts of chitosan, 15-30 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 10-20 parts of carbomer, 5-10 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 5-10 parts of lactic acid oligomer. The method for preparing the porous gel granule for treating vaginitis comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving the carbomer to obtain solution; (2) dissolving the chitosan powder to obtain chitosan solution; (3) adding Epsilon-polylysine, carboxymethyl chitosan and sodium hyaluronate to the chitosan solution to obtain mixed solution; (4) dissolving the lactic acid oligomer in equal dichloromethane to obtain evenly dispersed fluid; (5) adding polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether-2000 pore-forming agent to the dispersed fluid to obtain solution containing the pore-forming agent; (6) mixing cyclohexane and Span-80 to obtain mixed fluid and adding the solution containing the pore-forming agent to the mixed fluid; (7) performing a cross-linking reaction; and (8) obtaining powdery porous gel granules. The porous gel granule for treating vaginitis is capable of solving the problems in the prior art.
