abstract The invention relates to a bitter water rose chewable tablet, wherein the chewable tablet is prepared from the following materials according to mass percentages by tabletting and sterilizing through ultraviolet irradiation after stirring uniformly: 8-12% of bitter water rose powder, 2-5% of powdered milk, 20-25% of cane sugar, 0.8% of xylitol, 54.2-66.2% of corn starch, and 3% of microcrystalline fiber. The bitter water rose chewable tablet has sour and sweet tastes, the bitter taste of rose is rarely tasted, and the chewable tablet has light smell of rose; and the chewable tablet is compressed tightly and uniformly, regular in outer appearance, bright and clean in surface, and clear and melodious when chewed.
