abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of octahedral structural perovskite lead titanate single crystal nano particles. According to the invention, perovskite lead titanate with an octahedral morphology is prepared by adopting a hydrothermal method for the first time. According to the method, the hydrothermal reaction is adopted; titanium dioxide powder is used as a precursor; aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide is used as a hydrothermal medium and aqueous solution of lead nitrate and aqueous solution of lithium nitrate are dropwise added; the mixture is strongly stirred at room temperature; and then the obtained product is subjected to hydrothermal treatment at a high temperature to obtain the octahedral structural perovskite lead titanate single crystal nano particles. The preparation method has the advantages of simple technical process, easiness in control, no pollution, low cost and easiness for large-scale production; and the prepared octahedral structural perovskite lead titanate nano crystals have high purity and good dispersibility. |
