titleOfInvention Metarhizium anisopliae and application of Metarhizium anisopliae to hydroxylation reaction of steroids
abstract The invention belongs to the field of microbial and chemical synthesis and particularly relates to Metarhizium anisopliae 11490 and application of the Metarhizium anisopliae 11490 to the hydroxylation reaction of steroids. The Metarhizium anisopliae was collected in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July 7, 2011; and the collection number is CCTCC M 2011240. A method for performing hydroxylation reaction by using the Metarhizium anisopliae comprises the steps of slant culture, seed culture, amplification culture, steroid transformation, product separation and the like. The Metarhizium anisopliae can effectively introduce a 11alpha hydroxyl group into steroids, namely 19-norandrost-13-ethyl-androst-4-en-3,17-dione, androst-4-en-3,17-dione and androst-1,4-diene-3,17-dione, and has wide steroid substrate selectivity. The Metarhizium anisopliae and the application of the Metarhizium anisopliae have the advantages that the transformation rate is high, the pollution is avoided, and the culture method is simple and easy to operate; a key intermediate can be provided for the synthesis of steroid medicines; and the Metarhizium anisopliae has a good application prospect.
