Specifically, a chiral compound of formula I and a preparation method thereof are provided, the method comprising steps: (1) reacting a compound of formula 3 and a compound of formula 4 to obtain a compound of formula 5; (2) reacting a compound of formula 6 with a compound of formula 5 compound reaction to obtain a compound of formula 7; (3) mixing a compound of formula 7 with a compound of formula 8 to obtain a compound of formula 1; and (4) reacting a compound of formula 1 with a reducing agent, and the obtained crude product is separated and purified by column chromatography , to obtain the compound of formula 2; (5) reacting the compound of formula 2 with the protecting agent removing agent to obtain the compound of formula 9. The definitions of each structural formula and substituent are as described in the description. The method of the invention has mild reaction conditions, and can easily and efficiently prepare high-purity chiral compounds.
