titleOfInvention Novel synergetic compound fertilizer and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a novel synergetic compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The compound fertilizer mainly consists of gamma-polyglutamic acid, urea, monoammonium phosphate, potash fertilizer, 45% dilute sulphuric acid by weight, liquid ammonia and trace element sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly uniformly mixing the urea, monoammonium phosphate, potash fertilizer, 45% dilute sulphuric acid by weight, liquid ammonia and trace element sulfate according to the proportions; adding the gamma-polyglutamic acid into the mixture and mixing uniformly; granulating to form the semi-finished product of compound fertilizer particles; and performing primary screening, drying, cooling, secondary screening and enveloping, and quantitatively packing in bags. Through the invention, the utilization rate and the sustained release effect of the fertilizer can be improved, the application amount of the fertilizer is reduced, the environmental problem caused by massive application is avoided, and the cost of agricultural production is saved. The compound fertilizer is obtained by adding microorganism synthetic gamma-polyglutamic acid into common compound fertilizer; and the technology is ecological and environment-friendly, simple and low in operation cost, and has the advantages of good fertilizer synergism and sustained-release effects and the like.
