abstract The invention provides a preparation method for sildenafil rhubarb hydrochloric acid medicine granules and a preparation method for suction type aerosol of the gradules. Sildenafil reacts with rheinic acid to form an acid salt, size-controllable medicine granules are formed by preparing the acid salt and cyclodextrin, one or more than one of polysaccharides and polylactic acids via a supercritical fluid crystallization technology, and the diameter of the prepared medicine granules is 0.5-5 microns. The medicine granules can be prepared to quantitative suction type aerosol and powder inhalations as well as other types of preparations capable of being accepted physiologically.
